Doxia Dargaty is a partner of Shapiro & Gellert, PLLC. Before joining Shapiro & Gellert, Doxia was a partner at Alter Mantel, LLP.
Doxia’s practice concentrates on the representation of owners and developers of commercial real estate in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of multi-family properties, shopping centers, office buildings, net lease properties, industrial properties and mixed-use developments. Doxia has significant experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, partnership and operating agreements, joint venture agreements, restrictive covenants, ground leases and office and commercial leases.
Doxia received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Doxia received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Baruch College. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
